All Staff—Unload Food Truck-All

Lifeguards

• Noodle ropes across creek
• Noodles from storage building to swimming hole. 
• Count Noodles to see if we need new ones
• Check baptisms spot to make sure big rocks are out of the way.  Make an easy spot to go in. Place large rocks on bank to show where to go in in the dark. 
• NO GUNS ALLOWED EVEN TO SHOOT SNAKES. 

Sports—Director and Umpires

• Paint out JR Volleyball court (Make sure straight lines and that it's square)
• Paint JR kickball lines and bases / Paint SR softball lines and bases
• Take sports gear to sports closet. 
• Make sure in the bag that there is: Two Volleyballs aired up, Two Kickballs aired up, 8 Softballs, 5 softball bats.
• Two working volleyball nets hung and tight

Amphitheater

• Blow off the leaves, place water cooler and trash can at bottom and up top.
• Blow off leaves on seating areas
• Blow off leaves on side of seating
• Blow off leaves where kids run up and down. This should be 20'-30' on both sides of amp and behind back drop area. Use a rack if necessary.  Adult Spray amp area for Mosquitos.   
• Move everything to its place. If you do not know where it goes take it to the mess hall stage 
• Wipe off all tubs with disinfectant spray
• Wash all water coolers. Bleach them and then wash with hot water and soap
• Craft stuff goes on mess hall stage

Bone fire

• Stack wood at fire circle, Run cable (HARRISON HAS TO BE PRESENT WHEN CABLE IS RUN.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!), Clear area of any tripping hazards
• Sweep and mop mess hall floors
• Deep clean mess hall bathrooms and kitchen cabin bathroom
• Add TP, paper towels, hand soap, to all bathrooms

Mess Hall

• Wash down and wipe off all picnic tables
• Wash down back and front porch
• Clean AC foam filter with warm water and replace

Misc. Items

• Place one shirt in a zip lock bag
• Place a label on bag with name of camper, cabin, if money is owed 
• Fill coke cooler with cokes – The cokes have to be out of the boxes
• Check all class areas and reflection areas for safety.  Benches with nails, Bad benches, Debris that needs to be removed. 

Make poster board signs

• KP cabin duty, Morning Devo, Gold cabin, Team schedule, Team bracket, Daily schedule with night activities 

Cabin Check

• Cabins check each cabin for the following: All locations Cabins, Staff Trailer, Nurse Trailer, Bath House, and Kitchen
• Fire extinguishers (check to make sure they are full and up to date). If they are missing or used or out of date report to Joe ASAP.
• Fire alarm - Make sure they work and battery is in place
• Trash can with a trash bag. Place extra trash bags in trash can and install trash bag to be used. 
• Soap and Paper Towels - EVERY sink (don't forget duplex and boys bath house) leave extra at boys bath house.
• TP at every toilet location. Leave the remaining TP in the storage locker.
• Mattress - make sure every bed has a mattress. Spray and wipe down every mattress.
• sweep every location
• Shower and Sink – Clean with bleach. Please scrub them really well.
• Spray all cabins for bugs (RODGER HYATT will take care of this)
• Cabin numbers – Make letter signs on one full sheet of poster board. Hang at each cabin so campers can see when trying to trying to find their cabin on day one. 
• Clean all AC foam filters with warm water and replace

Sunday Lunch Prep

• Get a count of how many people will be here for lunch, Call and order pizzas from Lago Vista dominos, Have a salad prepared
